Mini Egg Rolls

These tasty little guys come in 4 different fillings, Pork, Chicken, Shrimp, and Vegetable. The Egg Roll uses a wheat-based dough. First you take a sheet of dough and dip it in egg. Then you wrap the filling of choice. Egg Rolls have a thicker, puffier skin, then a Spring Roll and are a little less crunchy.
What makes a Spring Roll different then the Egg Roll, is the dough used in the wrap. In a Spring Roll the dough is made of Rice Flour, which when fried gives it a slight translucent look, and is cruncher.
